Inspection and repair will be performed as follows.

For a request for inspection or repair, please call\/fax us or access our website.<\/strong>
\nInquiries are posted here<\/a>.
\u203bPlease check device information such as model,MFG number and put them in the form.<\/span><\/div>\n
2. Check the request<\/div>\n
We wil check the details of the inspection and repair.<\/strong>
\n\u203bWhen we cannot find any cause based on the information provided, we will visit to check the device in person and submit a quote.
\n\u203bIt may be possible that after providing rough cost estimate, we will submit the final price based on the actual work.<\/span><\/div>\n
3. Check the status of the device (on-site or at RIKO’s office)<\/span><\/div>\n
If there is no cause identified based on the information provided, we will come to check the device or have it to our site to check in detail.<\/strong>
\n\u203bEstimates may vary depending on the status of the device.
\n\u203bThe cost of dispatching technicians and shipping the device that are incurred in checking the status of the device will be borne by the customer.<\/span><\/div>\n
4. Quote<\/div>\n
We will explain how to inspect and repair the device and provide the estimate.<\/strong>
\n\u203bEstimates may vary depending on the status of the device.<\/span><\/div>\n
5. Order<\/div>\n
Please place an order.<\/strong><\/div>\n
6. Work<\/div>\n
The work is based on the ordering details.<\/strong>
\n\u203bIf another damages are found during the work, we will provide the estimate for them.
\nThere might be some cases in which we would need to change the course of work and therefore amend the estimate.<\/span><\/div>\n
7. Report<\/div>\n
We will submit a report (service report) on the contents of the work.<\/strong>
\nWe will send an invoice.
\u203bIf you request it through a trading company, we will only give the report.<\/span><\/div>\n
8. Payment<\/div>\n
Based on the contents of the contract, please pay.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
