By checking the equipment after use every day, you can understand the condition of the equipment and prevent serious failures, it results in making longer lifetime of the equipment.

• Equipment that uses cooling water
  After using the equipment, drain the water and use an air blower, etc., so that no water remains inside the cooling water flow path.
  If the inside of the cooling water flow path will corrode, the risk of clogging increases.
• Equipment using quartz parts
  In case of using quartz parts such as a quartz sample holder and a quartz protective tube, use ethanol etc to cleanly wipe off any deposits from the sample. If you use them with dirts, it will cause devitrification.
• Adsorbed substances and deposits from sample
  Use ethanol to wipe off any substances adhering to the inside of the quartz protective tube or vacuum pipe.
  For deposits that cannot be removed with ethanol, we recommend that you ask a cleaning company to clean them. In case of carbon-based deposits, it may be possible to remove them by baking in the air. If you keep using with dirts
