For high-temperature wettability system, the extruded droplet method is used to suppress oxidation, in addition to the general static method. Equipped with an infrared lamp heating furnace, it provides clean, rapid heating and cooling, as well as precise temperature control, and adjustable gas atmosphere. Research and development of brazing and solder materials, changes in the heating of bonding materials, and the use of multi-materials in recent years have made it possible to meet the requirements for wetting evaluation of joints to replace metal materials with resin materials. It contributes to carbon neutrality from the viewpoint of alternative materials.

Hight Temperature Wettability Evaluation System by Contact Angle at the Solid-Liquid Interface WET-1200Capable of precise observations of substrate and ingot wettability This system has been commercialized as a compact, low-cost high-temperature wettability test/contact angle measurement system based on the wettability test/contact angle measurement system delivered to the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency in 1993. This system can perform measurements by the static drop method. The extruded liquid drop method is also available(optional).
