2. Inspection and Repair

Inspection and repair will be performed as follows.

1. Request
For a request for inspection or repair, please call/fax us or access our website.
Inquiries are posted here.
※Please check device information such as model,MFG number and put them in the form.
2. Check the request
We wil check the details of the inspection and repair.
※When we cannot find any cause based on the information provided, we will visit to check the device in person and submit a quote.
※It may be possible that after providing rough cost estimate, we will submit the final price based on the actual work.
3. Check the status of the device (on-site or at RIKO’s office)
If there is no cause identified based on the information provided, we will come to check the device or have it to our site to check in detail.
※Estimates may vary depending on the status of the device.
※The cost of dispatching technicians and shipping the device that are incurred in checking the status of the device will be borne by the customer.
4. Quote
We will explain how to inspect and repair the device and provide the estimate.
※Estimates may vary depending on the status of the device.
5. Order
Please place an order.
6. Work
The work is based on the ordering details.
※If another damages are found during the work, we will provide the estimate for them.
There might be some cases in which we would need to change the course of work and therefore amend the estimate.
7. Report
We will submit a report (service report) on the contents of the work.
We will send an invoice.
※If you request it through a trading company, we will only give the report.
8. Payment
Based on the contents of the contract, please pay.
